If I place an order today before 7:00 PM, when shall I get the delivery?

We generally deliver the products on the next day provided the order has been placed before 7 PM on the previous day.

What is the expected delivery time when I place an order after 7:00 PM?

All orders placed after 7PM would not be delivered the next day. We would need an additional day to prepare and deliver your order.

Is the delivery charge applicable to all orders?

A standard delivery charge would be incurred on orders below Rs. 500. Orders above Rs. 500 qualify for free delivery.

What are the timelines for express delivery?

Express delivery could be made within 4 hours subject to availability of products and order placement time before 1 PM.

How should I pay online?

We would share a number linked to UPI Id for you to transfer the money using online instruments.

How will the refund work?

In case we are unable to deliver the complete cart contents, we would provide a refund. Our team would contact you to ask your preferable mode of refund.

Can I cancel the order?

We do not accept order cancellations. Although their might be unavoidable circumstances for which you could write to us/call us. Order cancellation requests are strictly handled case by case.

Does the delivery boy observe proper hygiene?

We at Fruitablez take intense care of our customers as well as our employees. We make sure that we use all the safety and hygiene essentials like sanitizers, hand wash, Zero contact delivery, etc.

What happens if I miss my delivery?

The delivery boy would give you a call and both of you could work out an alternative option for delivery. Order once placed, would not be refunded or cancelled.

What if I have special request for some of the items?

You could mention your special requests in the notes section available during checkout. We would try our best to cater to your request.
